How to unlock Moltres
To add it to your League, complete all 3 parts of its challenge (Have 55 members in your League; Defeat Moltres in the Rocky Desert on Hard; Burn 8,000 Pokémon in a single run), then weaken and catch it when it appears in your next run.
- Have 55 members in your League.
Goal: 55 - Defeat Moltres in the Rocky Desert on Hard.
Goal: 2 - Burn 8,000 Pokémon in a single run.
Goal: 8,000 - Catch it in your next run.
After the challenge is complete, Moltres appears in a run. Weaken it and catch it — it only joins your League once it is caught.
"In a single run" goals must be met in one run; the others add up across all your runs. League-size goals count the partners you have caught.

It does not evolve during a run.
