Server up but the game won't load?
- Hard-reload the page (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) so you get the latest version — PokeBonk updates several times a day.
- Check WebGL. PokeBonk is a 3D game; turn on hardware acceleration in your browser settings.
- Lower graphics in Settings → Graphics, or turn on battery saving on phones.
- Make sure you're on pokebonk.com. Copies on other domains may be outdated or not connect to the real server.
FAQ
Is PokeBonk down right now?
The panel above checks the official PokeBonk server every minute. "Online" means no maintenance is announced. If the game still won't load for you, see the fixes below and the troubleshooting guide.
Why does PokeBonk say maintenance?
During maintenance the developer upgrades the server; the game shows an estimated end time and your progress is saved. Wait it out — nothing on your side needs fixing.
Will I lose progress if the server goes down?
Progress on an account is saved on the server. Patch #6 and #7 also made runs much harder to lose when the connection drops.
