We only rank partners after logging enough real runs with each one. We are not there yet, so instead of guessing, here is how the tier list will work and what to read meanwhile.
Method: at least 3 logged runs per partner on the same version, same region and difficulty; we compare time survived, KOs and damage per move from the results screen, then re-check after every balance patch.
